Ordering, Terms, & Conditions
**FREE shipping on (retail) orders $125.00 or more** Shipping Time Please allow up to (2) weeks for the items to ship--as many items are made after the order is placed. If you are needing your items prior to (2) weeks for a specific date or event please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need an item in under (2) weeks, please contact us before you place the order. Also note, large orders or wholesale orders will likely take longer than (2) weeks. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Parcel Post. Requests for other methods and services are accepted, but are done so at the expense of the shipper. SweetPeas & SugarPlums assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. It is the sole responsibility of the shipper to request insurance on the shipped order.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a purchase please contact us within (2) days of receiving your item. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, made to order, or embroidered items, unless, of course, there is an error on our part. You will have (24) hours from the time your order is placed to cancel any customized order. Please be sure to thoroughly review your order for any possible errors in colors, spelling, sizing, etc. before making your purchase.

A Note on Color Selection
If color option list is not provided, please refer to Wikipedia's "List of Colors" when choosing a color for made to order items. We obviously do not have all the colors of tulle, ribbon, etc. as shown on the list, but we will do our best with the products that are available to match the color(s) you choose. Please contact us should you need more information or detail.
